Definition Of Body Shaping: The human body is the focal point of existence. Not only is it a complex operational system, it is the hub of daily interactions. The aging process has an inevitable impact on a person's body shape. A woman's sex hormone levels will affect the fat distribution on her body. Concentrations of estrogen will influence where body fat is stored. Before puberty both males and females have a similar waist-hip ratio. Gynaeoid Body: Curvaceous hips with a narrow waist are the most prominent features for a gynaeoid woman. The have small mediums shoulders and their hips and thighs curve outwards. Gynaeoid women have a dominance over the female hormone oestrogen, which targets the uterine region, the thighs, hips and breasts. Excessive oestrogen increase fat deposition in the lower parts of the body, also causing cellulite. If we try a very low fat diet, there will be reduction in fat in the shoulders, breasts and arms, but in the lower areas like the hips, buttocks and thighs, there will be no reduction.
Android Body: Android body types are recognized by their broad shoulders, large ribcage and strong shaped muscular limbs. They are usually straight up and have a narrow pelvis with and hips that do not curve outwards. The waistline is not accentuated and these women have an anabolic metabolism, which is a tendency to put on weight and building up the body, so they have strength both mentally and physically. Weight gain takes place in the upper part of the body. Most athletes are android type of women. Diet should be to avoid carbohydrates, like white flour and no intake of fatty foods.
Thyroid body: Thyroid body types are characterized by their long limbs and narrow bones. They usually have a racehorse or greyhound kind of look. These types of women are mostly dancers and models. Thyroid women consume energy stimulants in excess like caffeine, nicotine,diet pills,etc. Thyroid women have a high metabolism rate, so they can get away with eating as much as they want and not put on an ounce of weight. They are least likely to develop cellulite, but if they do, then it will be on the buttocks and back of the thighs. Follow a normal diet, eat healthy whenever hungry.
Lymphatic Body: Weight gain in lymphatic body type occurs in the entire body very often and it gives a baby doll or cuddly appearance to that person. The metabolism rate is very slow and accompanied by disfuctional lymphatic system. Cellulite deposits in the thighs and lower region occur very often and there are fat deposits on the limbs, giving it a dimpled appearance. Exercise is not one of the favourite things for lymphatic women. Proper guidance from a nutritionist to reduce weight and cellulite is very necessary by replacing it with nourishment.
