Basic Exercise - Handstand Push Ups:
This is an exercise for the shoulders. Do this only if you can stand on your hands with or without support. Do the handstand with the support of a wall or a firmly closed door. Slowly bend your elbows and lower your body as close to the floor as possible and straighten your elbows again. Do six to ten such push ups. Breathe in while going down and out while coming up. If you are unable to do the handstand you can do the decline pushup to exercise the shoulders.
