Make Up Tips To Reduce Dark Circles

More Tips To Reduce Dark Circles:

  1. Concealer pencils are also available and it does wonders to cover up flaws and under eye circles.
  2. At night apply a good cream or under eye gel to reduce the dark ring around the eyes.
  3. Yellow based concealers are best for under eye circles. You have to balance the most prominent circles under your eye to match it with the rest of your face.
  4. Apply the concealer from the inside corner of the eye to the outside corner till you blend it in with the skin. Spread the concealer across the entire under eye circle till you have blended it completely.
  5. It is not necessary that the darker the under eye circles are, the more concealer you have to apply. Use a light touch of it, that will suffice.
  6. If you have dark circles, the most sensible thing is to avoid blue and purple tones in your make-up selection as this will draw attention to the dark circles.
  7. Avoid using cream based concealers as much as possible as oil has a tendency to get into the lines and wrinkles of the target area and draws attention to dark ring and puffy eyes.
  8. After applying concealer, use an uncoloured powder to get a smooth and polished look.
  9. When eyebrows are messy or over-plucked then more attention is drawn towards the eyes. So keep your brows neatly trimmed and groomed. Remove the stray hairs and if you are not able to do it like a professional, then leave the top of your brows.
  10. If applied correctly, contrary to popular belief, dark eyeliner will not make your eyes look smaller or accentuate dark circles. Always use a pencil liner, liquid liner is too harsh. Use only on your upper lids close to lash line, and on the outer corner of the eyes. This will define the eyes and make them look larger, you an opt for charcoal or dark brown colored eyepencils if black is too dark or noticeable for you.
