Makeup As Per Look

5. Sophisticated Style:
This look is for day wear or evening and is most impressive.

  1. Use a concealer and a liquid or cream to powder foundation, do apply a full base.
  2. Apply, cheekbones which are raised are the key to the look. Sweep your blusher up along your cheekbones, and add a little highlighter on the cheekbone to make it stand out more.
  3. Use a dark neutral colour like grey, shape the upper eye lid and the eye crease. After that apply a light shade across the brow bone.
  4. Sweep liquid eyeliner across your upper eyelid, at night, extend this about two millimeters past the eyelid line in a little flick. This creates a cat's eyes look.
  5. After that apply mascara.
  6. During the day use natural shades for lips that are just one or two tones darker than your unmade-up lips. In the evening go for brighter, more striking tones. Lips need to be perfectly lined and matt, so it really is worth taking your time on them. Remember to use a lip brush.

6. Sun - Kissed Look:
Creating that look where you have just come back from a holiday is simple - even when the sun has gone down.

  1. Break the first rule - of applying foundation. Instead start by applying concealer to any obvious blemishes.
  2. To give your face a light sheen apply tinted moisturizer all over.
  3. Take either tawny brown or browny pink blusher and apply on the cheeks, the tip of your nose, the tip of your chin and around your hairline.
  4. Apply a shadow with shimmer in it to your eyelids. Gold colours include golds, bronzes, browns and beiges. Apply brown or black mascara.
  5. If you are a blonde or a black head, define your brows. Colour on the face can make them disappear,so brush them lightly with some eyeshadow in the same shade or one tone darker than their natural colour.
  6. Apply a shade of lipstick just one tone darker than your natural lip colour. Now brush over this lightly with a little frosted lipstick, shimmery pale shadow or lip gloss to create a light, sheeny look.
