Post Partum Spa Treatments:
Postpartum day spas offer rejuvenating and specialized treatments to re-energize new moms. There are invigorating full body massage designed for mothers who have just delivered. The toning and firming techniques aid in the production of natural collagen and elastin in the skin tissues, reducing the appearance of after-birth stretch marks. Tips:

  • As soon as the baby gets into a routine, try to adjust your rest periods accordingly. Sleep for at least 8 hours.
  • Plenty of water intake is a must since you are breast feeding.
  • If using exfoliating beauty products avoid the use of ones with chemical ingredients.
  • Postpartum spa massages and treatments should be done only with consent of your gynae. In case of Cesarean Sections please do not undergo any therapies without prior permission and consultation of your doctor.
  • All therapies can be accompanied by yoga, pilates or stretching under the guidance of a proper certified trainer.
