2.A three-day Detox Diet Plan

Day one:
6:30 am: Deep breathing
Method: When you inhale, pull your stomach out and when you exhale, pull it in. Do this for 20 minutes. Drink plenty of warm water or water at room temperature throughout the day.
7:00-7:30 am: Take a sunbath either on your terrace or your garden. It’s very essential to get your dose of vitamin D.
8:00 am: Water with lemon juice.
9:00 am: Juice of 3 sweet limes.
10:00 am: Juice of three oranges.
11:00 am: Coconut water.
12:00 noon: Platter of fruits i.e. Oranges, sweet lime etc.
4:00 pm: Two bananas.
6:30 pm Dinner: A full papaya with lime sprinkled on it.
9:00 pm: Sleep early. Every hour of sleep before midnight is equal to two hours after midnight. Avoid watching TV or listening to loud music. Light an aromatic candle, de-stress and apply the essential oils of lavender on your body.

Day Two:
6:30 am: Deep breathing for 20 minutes.
7:00 am: Take a sunbath.
8:00 am: Have water with lemon. Sip water with ¼ lemon throughout the day. Have fresh fruits till noon, preferably melons. Then have coconut water.
12:00 noon: Take some vegetable juice, preferably tomato or celery.
12:15 pm: Eat raw vegetable salad of cucumber, lettuce, carrots, seasoned with lime juice and a pinch of organic rock salt.
1:00-4:00 pm: Rest.
4:00 pm: Eat bananas, chikoos, grapes and papaya
6:00 pm: Meditate.
6:30 pm Dinner: Eat a bowl of steamed vegetables sprinkled with extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of organic rock salt. This can be accompanied with a clear vegetable soup.
9:00 pm: Light a candle, apply aromatic lavender oil and go to sleep.

Day Three:
6:15-6:30 am: Meditate
6:30-7:00 am: Do some deep breathing.
7:00-8:00 am: Take a sunbath.
8:00 am: Have water with lime.
9:00 am: Drink some coconut water and eat fruits till noon.
12:00 noon: Have vegetable juice made of beetroot, spinach, lemon, mint, ginger and cucumber.

12:15 pm: Eat a bowl of salad made of raw vegetables like tomato, cucumber, Carrot, Lettuce. Sprinkle one tsp of organic sunflower seeds. Have steamed vegetables cooked in filtered groundnut oil seasoned with organic rock salt. Also have a bowl of steamed sprouts, seasoned with ginger, cumin powder and organic rock salt. Accompany this with raw thin slices of turmeric marinated in lime.
1:00-4:00 pm: Rest and then take a soup bowl of papaya.
5:30-6:15 pm: Meditate
6:30 pm Dinner: Eat vegetable soup and steamed vegetables cooked in filtered sesame oil, seasoned with cumin, coriander and organic rock salt. It should be accompanied with steamed unpolished brown rice with one tsp of pure organic cow’s ghee. Use different oils so that the body gets the essential omega 3 and omega 6.
9:00 pm: Light a candle, apply essential oil and go to sleep.
