Many people wonder if it is better to exercise indoors or outdoor, is it good to exercise on a treadmill or go out for a job. They want to know which one helps them to loose more weight. In order to decide whether you have to exercise indoor or outdoor is to ascertain the purpose for that exercise. For example, if you are training for a triathlon, you have to do it outdoor so you get ready for it. But there are other ways too to train, such as running on the treadmill, cycling, elliptical trainer and using a glide cycle. Indoor workouts are best for the winter season and during fall. During the summer and spring season, outdoor exercise is best. Place of exercise is not merely chosen due to the weather only, there are a lot of factors involved. If you exercise indoors, there is a consistency and you can do your exercise routinely, whether it’s a gym or home, it offers a consistent time. When you work outside, you are in the presence of nature with the birds chirping, taking in the fresh breath, you experience different smells, sounds and sights. Whatever place you choose for your workouts, it is important that you give your body the first priority.
