To be safe and healthy, plan on losing 2 to 3 pounds per week. That works in a positive way for most people. Set realistic goals and as time passes by, you will notice that you are losing weight gradually without harming your body. Set realistic weight goals and make necessary changes in your eating habits and lifestyle, exercise regularly and take the necessary nutrient supplements which will support your weight loss and diet program.
