7. Hair Vitamin: Beta-carotene is also essential for promoting hair growth. Green and yellow vegetables and fruits are the best source of Beta-carotene. Oats, lentils, soybeans, peas, walnuts, brown rice and brewer’s yeast are all good sources of biotin.
