Exercise Equipment To Slim Down:
1. Exercise Ball: Exercise balls are good for abdominal exercises. You can do your crunches while lying on top of the ball. Even sitting on the ball uses stomach muscles because you use them to keep yourself upright, and if your body is firm, it prevents you from falling from the ball.
2. Ab Roller: The Ab Roller is meant to be used without strain to your back or neck. It is mostly used for abs.
Several forms of exercise good for overall fitness also help quickly shed belly fat. Yoga and Pilates are especially effective.

Yoga Exercise To Slim Down:

(yoga mat or carpeted space)

Exercise 1:
Stand with feet together, toes forward, and arms at sides. Inhale and raise arms overhead, reaching fingertips toward ceiling. Exhale, and bend forward from hips, bringing hands to floor.You can bend your knees if you want. Inhale, and as you exhale, step right leg back into a lunge (left knee bent about 90 degrees, knee over ankle, right leg extended and on ball of foot). Inhale and raise arms overhead; gaze forward. Hold, then return to standing and repeat, stepping left leg back.

Exercise 2:
Stand with feet together, arms at sides. Place sole of left foot on inside of right thigh, knee bent to side. Touch palms in front of chest for 2 breaths. On third inhale, extend arms up, fingertips toward ceiling. Exhale, and on the inhale, bend torso to left. Inhale and straighten. Repeat 3 to 5 times, pressing foot into thigh, switch sides.

How Both Are Done: Follow this routine at least 3 times a week, holding each move 1 time for 3 to 5 deep breaths. Start with the Main Move for each exercise. For faster results: Hold each pose for 5 to 8 breaths and increase repetitions.

Aerobics To Slim Down:

The different types of aerobic exercises are:

  1. Formal aerobic classes, with different levels of intensity and intricacy.
  2. Aerobic gymnastics or sport or competitive aerobics, a combination of choreography, acrobatics and rhythmic movements, it can be dancing.
  3. Aerobic dance classes.
  4. Tennis and jogging.
  5. Cardio-boxing workouts, which is a form of aerobics using martial arts movements.
  6. The Nia technique, which is a form of non-impact aerobics aimed at combating the problem of impact injuries.

All these above aerobic exercises not only makes you slim down, but also tones your muscles and strengthens your body, making it firm and giving you a good posture.
