Different Body Treatments And Their Benefits:

Exfoliation:
If you want a smoother, clearer and radiant skin, exfoliate regularly. Removal of the top layer of dead skin cells from your body is known as exfoliation. Body exfoliation is not a new concept. In most cases women exfoliate their bodies as part of a shower or bath. You can exfoliate your skin at least twice a week.
These are few tips about how to exfoliate your skin:
Loofah: This is a natural exfoliant and is cheap and convenient to use. Use it during a shower as a sponge and rub on the body gently. Its life span is short as it can develop fungus easily if it is not washed and dried.
Body brush: Make sure the brush that you use is soft, and if it has a big handle, all the more better. Use it during a bath and rub gently. You can use it in the shower or after a shower.
Mango seeds: Do not throw them away. It can be used when you want to exfoliate by washing them first, then taking a shower and rubbing on your body.
Gloves: It can be plastic or made out of natural materials such as sisal. Using it as a sponge, apply soap on your body.

Manicure And Pedicure:
A manicure and pedicure are both beauty treatments for the fingernails and hands, toenails and feet. A person is mostly judged by the condition of their hands and feet. So beautifying them and keeping them prim and proper is very necessary. The procedure usually involves soaking the hands and legs in warm water, applying lotion, then cutting the nails and removing the dead skin from around the cuticles, shaping the nails, buffing them and then applying nail polish. You can have a manicure and pedicure at home by using some simple tools and having knowledge of the procedure that professionals use. The basic things need to be put together before you start the procedure.
Basic Things Needed For Manicure And Pedicure:
Bowl of warm water; nail polish remover; cuticle pusher; nail clippers; a hand towel; cotton pads; finger brush; a nail filer or emery board; clear nail polish; a nail buffer; massage lotion; pumice stone.

Method: Remove any old nail polish with nail polish remover. Wash the hands and feet with soap and hot water. Bath salt can be used as it is best because it removes dead skin cells. Wipe and dry the hands and feet with a clean towel. Trim the fingernails and toenails and shape them with a nail file. Metal nail files or emery boards can be used. To file properly, start with the file at the outer edge of the nail and move towards the center. Do not file nails with a saw-like motion as that might spoil the shape of your nails. Soak the hands and legs in water. A cream, oil or chemical cuticle remover can be applied to remove cuticles. The cuticles are pushed back with a cuticle pusher. Metal cuticle pushers can be used, but it is not advised as they might destroy the cuticles and injure you. It is best to use orange wood cuticle pushers. Polish the nails with a polishing board (or nail buffer). A polishing board has a soft foam layer with a polishing surface. Apply nail polish. Most professionals apply at least one layer of clear nail polish. If you want to apply colored nail polish, use at least two to three layers. Start with a base coat. Then put on the color coat. Finish with a top coat. Clear nail polish can be used in place of a base coat and top coat. Finish the manicure with a massage. You can use hand lotion. Some manicurists will soak the hands and legs in paraffin or wax before putting on hand lotion.
Tip: Do not do manicure and pedicure together. First do either one and then start with the other.
