Day 4:

Breakfast:

  • Fresh fruit salad topped with low-fat yogurt and sprinkled with sultanas
  • Spring Omelette.
  • 2 slices wholemeal toast or bread spread thinly with polyunsaturated margarine, reduced-fat spread or butter.

Lunch:

  • Rice Pie.
  • Green salad with fast French Dressing.
  • 2 pieces fresh fruit.

Dinner:

  • Steamed fish with ginger mushrooms
  • Generous serving of your favourite steamed vegetable.
  • Wholemeal Bread Roll spread thinly with polyunsaturated margarine, reduced fat spread or butter
  • fruit juice
