Cooling And Relaxation Sequence:

The type and sequence of the cooling down are as follows:

7. Lying Torso Twist: Lie down on the floor with the arms to the sides, palms facing down. Lift your right leg vertically up, keeping the knee straight. Now twist your torso to your left and try to make the right foot touch the floor to your left. While doing this, keep your right shoulder and right arm touching the floor and slowly exhale while lowering the right leg. Keep it there for about fifteen seconds or so. Take a breath, and get the leg up again while exhaling once again and get it down on the floor to the original position. Repeat the same with the left leg to the other side in the same manner. Try and perform the twist at least twice on each side and more if you have the time.

8. Bhujangasana Or The Cobra Pose: Lie down with your face towards the floor and hands under your shoulders with the palms touching the floor. Keep your legs and feet straight and joined. Stiffen your legs and lower back and lift your upper body from the floor by pushing with your hands. Look up towards the ceiling and raise the upper body till short of the point when you start feeling discomfort in your lower back. Hold it there for about ten seconds and slowly come back. Repeat four to ten times.
