The main purpose of Ayurveda is functions of the body and the three Doshas which are Vatha, Pitha and Kapha which consists of all the universal elements. Ayurveda massage oils like Sesame oil can be used all year round. Mustard oil is a recommendation for winters but not summers. Different oils are used for various purposes, according to different requirements.
